Problem:

I am having trouble downloading NDVI data from the Data Archive.  It alerts me that I do not have access to the site.

Solution:

The WFAS FTP site requires users to access data with Active FTP.  Internet Explorer uses Passive FTP by default.  Click here for instructions on how to set Internet Explorer to use Active FTP.
